Arthur Williams, 68, a native of Beaufort, SC died Sunday, August 12, 2018, at his residence in Charleston, SC. Funeral service will be held 10 am Thursday, August 23, 2018, at Campbell Chapel AME Church in Bluffton, SC. Burial will follow in the Beaufort National Cemetery in Beaufort, SC. Allen Funeral Home of Beaufort in charge.
