Arthur "Clean" Capers, 65, of Port Royal, SC, passed away Tuesday, April 11, 2023, at Carolines Cottage in Ridgeland, SC. Arrangements are entrusted to Allen Funeral Home. We welcome you to provide your thoughts and memories on our tribute wall.

A visitation for Mr. Arthur Capers will be Monday, April 17, 2023 from 6 PM until 7 PM at Allen funeral Home in Beaufort SC. The walkthrough/Visitation for Mr. Arthur Capers will be Tuesday, April 18, 2023, from 10:00 AM until the time of service at 12 noon at Bethel Word and Worship Deliverance Temple (239 County Shed Rd) Beaufort, SC. Burial will follow in Beaufort Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
