He was the husband of Mrs. Vera Heyward of Ridgeland, SC.  Visitation will be held Friday, September 1, 2023, from 5-7pm at Allen Funeral Home Chapel in Ridgeland, SC. Funeral Services will be held 11 am Saturday, September 02, 2023, at Second Euhaw Missionary Baptist Church,  Ridgeland, SC.
