Donald Mitchell, Sr. 66, of St Helena, SC, transitioned at his daughter's residence on Tuesday, May 2, 2023,  the son of Rachel Polite-Chaplin and the late Joseph "Cool" Gardner   Arrangements are entrusted to Allen Funeral Home.
