Mrs. Etta Phoenix, 88, of Bluffton, SC passed away Friday, May 20, 2022, at Sprenger Healthcare in Okatie, SC. She was the mother of Jacquelyn Mitchell and Charles Munoz. Arrangements are entrusted to Allen Funeral Home. We welcome you to provide your thoughts and memories on our tribute wall.
