George Albert Moore, 72, of Walterboro passed away Sunday, March 6, 2022, at Pruitt Health Walterboro. Arrangements are entrusted to Allen Funeral Home. We welcome you to provide your thoughts and memories on our tribute wall.

George Albert Moore, son of the late Clarence Moore Sr. and Catherine Clayton Moore, was born  April 10, 1949 in Colleton County. He answered God’s call in the early hours of March 6, 2022 at Pruitt Nursing Home in Walterboro, SC.
George loved spending time with family, going to church and eating his favorite food (ghetti) know as spaghetti to the rest of us. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
He was preceded in death by his loving parents Clarence and Catherine Moore, his paternal grandparents George and Minne Moore, Maternal grandparents Eddie and Amanda Clayton, five brothers; Harvey Clayton, Freddie Moore, Levander Moore, Sanford Moore, and Larry Moore, two sisters Minnie Dereef and Linda Warren.
He leaves to cherish his memories: three brothers Clarence Jr. (Vernetha), Cecil (Willie Mae), and Bernard Moore, two sisters Shirley (Pete), and Gerelene Brown, two sisters-in-law Sarah Clayton and Ruth Moore, along with a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
