Gregory Wearrien, 60, of Beaufort, SC passed away Thursday, December 1, 2022, at his residence. Arrangements are entrusted to Allen Funeral Home and are pending at this time. We welcome you to provide your thoughts and memories on our tribute wall.

Mr. Gregory Wearrien was called home to be with the Lord on Friday, December 2nd, 2022. He was born on May 20th 1962 in Patterson NJ, the youngest child to the late Roosevelt Waring-Wearrien and Lula Mae Johnson-Wearrien.  He was the grandson of the late Archeles “Freddie” Wearrien and Juanita Pierce-Wearrien.
  He attended the Passaic County NJ school system and worked for Patterson Public Works Department before relocating to Beaufort SC in 1999 to help in the care of his late grandmother Juanita.
  Those who will cherish their memories of Greg are his stepmother, Nancy Waring-Wearrien of Beaufort SC; his siblings, Gary Johnson of Fayetteville, NC, Freddie L. Wearrien (Barbara) of St. George, Utah and Beverly D. Wearrien of Far Rockaway, NY. He was preceded in death by his brother Willie Lee Wearrien.
  Greg was loved and treasured by a host of family, friends and loved ones including his uncles, his aunts, his cousins, his nieces and his loving aunt and caregiver Alfredia Williams.
