Janice Barnwell Mulligan, 63, of Beaufort passed away at Beaufort Memorial Hospital Sunday October 13, 2024. Visitation will be held from 10am until time of service at 11am on Saturday, November 2, 2024, at Allen Funeral Home Complex in Ridgeland, SC. Burial will take place in Bonny Hall Cemetery in Beaufort, SC. Allen Funeral Home of Beaufort in charge.
