Luis Eduardo Quevedo Nava, 46, of Bluffton, SC passed away Friday, July 9, 2021, at Memorial Health in Savannah, GA. Arrangements are entrusted to Allen Funeral Home. There will be a public viewing Thursday, July 15, 2021, from 6 to 7 PM. Mass service will follow from 7 to 8 PM.
