Mark Tony Haynes, was born September 9,
1965, to James Haynes and Marian Mitchell Haynes.
On October 18, 2022, Tony entered eternal rest
at Memorial Health Hospital in Savannah, Georgia. He
was preceded in death by his father, Mr. James Haynes.
Mark received his formal education in the
Beaufort County School system, attending Michael
C. Riley Elementary School and graduating
from H.E. McCracken High School in 1983.
He had a passion for cooking. After graduation he
work as a chef at the Hyatt, Palmetto Hall on Hilton Head,
Captain Woody’s in Bluffton, Hyatt in Nashville, Tennessee
and Indoor-Outdoor endeavors (landscaping). Tony
as he was affectionately called, touched the lives of many.
He leaves to cherish his memories: his loving and
devoted mother Marian Mitchell Haynes of Bluffton,
SC, a son Mark Tony Haynes of Nashville, Tennessee a
daughter Evelena Bolden of Hardeeville, SC two grandchildren,
Mark Tony Haynes III and Alexis Haber of
Hardeeville, SC. Three sisters, Beverly H. Green (Able),
Patrica Bush and Alnetha Bush (James) all of Bluffton,
A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another
as I have loved you. So, when tomorrow starts without you
think of me. I am right in your heart.
three brother; Michael Haynes, Allen Haynes and
Lincoln Kannick all of Bluffton, SC; aunts: Marqaret
P. Frazier, Louise Fields, Carolyn F. (Oliver) Brown,
Marcia H. Frazier, Jackie Mitchell, Elizabeth Mitchell
all of Bluffton, SC and Shirley Johnson of Levy, SC;
uncles: Benjamin (Polly) Fraizer, Thaddeus (Albertha)
Frazier, Kenneth (Theresa M.) Frazier, Vernal
(Shelly) Frazier, John Frazier and Theodore Frazier
all of Bluffton, SC; one grand aunt: Rebecca Mack
of Ladys Island, SC; god mother: Evangelist Brenda
Kitty of Bluffton, SC; one god daughter: Haley Graham
of Bluffton, SC; to include special friends: David
Anderson and John Kitty of Bluffton, SC. Also a
host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
