Our beloved, Martha was born on April 25, 1948 in Bluffton, South Carolina to the late Dorothy Kidd Frazier and the late Harold L. Frazier. Martha received her early education at Michael C. Riley School.
She moved to New York where she attended Julia Richman High School. She moved back home and graduated from Michael C. Riley High School with the class of 1968. Knowing that this day will come Martha joined the First Zion Baptist Church at an early age under the leadership of Rev. A. O. Mitchell. Martha was employed with RSI in Bluffton, South Carolina. She was the bookkeeper for over 25 years.
She departed this life on Saturday June 29, 2024 at the home of her son Parris. Martha was preceded in death by her parents Dorothy K. Frazier and Harold L. Frazier, sister Mary Morris, brothers Leonard Kidd and Anthony Frazier.
She is survived by her children Parris Brown (Yakimia), Erika Brown, and Laffeate Cole. One honorary son Sam Bryan, sisters: Lucille Heyward (Theo), Betty Aiken (Thomas), Donna Morgan, Debbie Bryant, Sheryl Frazier, Queenie Gibbs, Ella Chisolm, Debbie Dupont, Ann Marie (Michael)Nolan Jackie Boldon, Terea Anderson, brothers: Frank Kidd, Thomas Frazier, Richard Frazier, Benjamin Frazier, Emiah Anderson Jr., Ernie Anderson, Solomon Anderson, Earl Anderson, sisters-in-law Magaline Brown Frazier, Anna Frazier, Vanessa Brown, and Janie Brown. Eleven grandchildren: Cocoa (Boshe), Muhammad, Shawn, Kylan, Jiyah, Ted, Zakiyyah, Umar, Brooklynd, Laffeate Jr., and Jordan. Four great-grandchildren Makhi, Amirah, Tyhir, and Ariah. A host of nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.
