Mother Wilbelmenia "Billie" Jacques 94 of St. Helena Island, SC died Friday, January 25, 2020, at Bayview Manor in Beaufort, SC. Visitation will be held from 5-7 pm Thursday, January 30, 2020, at Allen Funeral Home Chapel in Beaufort, SC. Funeral services will be held 10 am Friday, January 31, 2020, at The Word Is Alive Church in Beaufort, SC. Burial will follow in the Beaufort National Cemetery. Allen Funeral Home of Beaufort in charge.
