We are sadden to announce the passing of Mrs. Joan Mitchell, 59, of Port Royal, SC formerly of Chicago, IL. passed away Friday, January 17, 2025 at Beaufort Memorial Hospital in Beaufort, SC. She was the beloved wife of Mr. Leroy Mitchell. Services were completed.
