Ronnie Aiken, 37, of Bluffton, SC passed away Wednesday, January 7, 2026 at Coastal Carolina Hospital in Hardeeville, SC. Visitation will be held from 5-7 pm Friday, January 16, 2026 at Campbell Chapel AME Church in Bluffton, SC. Funeral services will be held 12 noon Saturday, January 17, 2026 also at Campbell Chapel AME Church in Bluffton, SC. Allen Funeral Home of Ridgeland in charge.
