Rosa Collins, 83, of Bluffton, SC died Monday, December 9, 2019 at Coastal Carolina Medical Center in Hardeeville, SC. Visitation will be held from 6-7 pm Wednesday, December 11, 2019 at Campbell Chapel AME Church in Bluffton, SC. Funeral services will be held 12 noon Thursday, December 12, 2019 also at Campbell Chapel AME Church. Allen Funeral Home of Ridgeland in charge.
