Sister Rosalind D. Waters, 60, of Ridgeland, SC passed away at Beaufort Memorial Hospital, Beaufort, SC. She was the mother of Reginald Davis and Rochelle Waters. Visitation and viewing Friday, January 19th, from 5-7PM Allen Funeral Home Chapel Ridgeland, Funeral Services are Saturday January 20th 11 AM at Mt. Carmel Missionary Baptist Center Ridgeland. Allen Funeral Home of Ridgeland is in charge.
