Mr. Roy B. Smalls, Sr. 68, of Beaufort, SC,  beloved  husband of Norma Smalls, passed away Peacefully, surrounded by love  on July 7, 2024 at Beaufort Memorial Hospital. Allen Funeral Home of Beaufort is providing services. Relatives and friends are invited to a celebration of life.  The visitation at Allen Funeral  Home 1508 Duke Street, Beaufort, SC, will be held on Sunday, July 14, 2024, from 5- 7pm.  Service will be held on Monday July 15, 2024, at 11:00 AM at Israelite Baptist Church, Beaufort, SC,  with Burial  to follow in Beaufort's National Cemetery at 2:00 PM.
