Tavarus Rhashad Pinckney, 15, of Ridgeland, SC, passed away Sunday, October 16, 2022. Arrangements are entrusted to Allen Funeral Home of Ridgeland and are pending at this time. We welcome you to provide your thoughts and memories on our tribute wall.
Tavarus Rhashad Pinckney was born on November 13, 2006,
in Beaufort, S.C. to Gloria Denise Pinckney and Andrew Dunbar. He
attended the schools of Jasper County until he recently moved to
Aiken, S.C. He then attended Ridge Spring Monetta High School in
Aiken, S.C.
He enjoyed cooking and playing video games, his favorite
color was blue.
On Sunday, October 16, 2022 Tavarus passed away at
Memorial Medical Center in Savannah, GA. He was preceded in
death by his grandmothers; Doris Pinckney and Lueise Dunbar.
His memories will be cherished by his mother Gloria
Pinckney (Donald Reid), his father Andrew Dunbar, his grandfather
Andrew Jefferson, two sisters; Zair Davis, and Shanty Asia Dunbar,
two brother; Kylan Pickney and Zachariah Pinckney, one god
sister Tykala Dupont, eight aunts; Tonya Simmons (Curtis), Mary
Dupont, Linda Aiken, Deloris Gregory all of Ridgeland, S.C., Shaveia
(Medicus) Deloach of Ridgeland, S.C., Marcellia (Sterling) Coiter of
Maryland, Hope (Momadou) Diallo of Maryland, Devon Dunbar of
Ridgeland, S.C., four uncles; Derek (Tracy) Simmons, John Pinckney
(Cathaleen), Harry (Barbara) Pinckney, Wendell (Cheryl) Smith of
Atlanta, GA, along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives
and friends.
